State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police are investigating a theft by disposition of funds incident they were called to at a property on Lowhill Church Road, Lowhill Township.

They said a woman reported the theft of $330 from her account at the First Federal Credit, Fogelsville, on Sept. 9 through an external transfer of the funds.

• A 24-year-old man from Emmaus was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 12:46 a.m. Nov. 9.

He was stopped in a 1989 Dodge in the 4700 block of Ross Valley Road, Weisenberg Township.
