No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 1 on South Church Street in Hazle Township, state police at the Hazleton barracks said.

Police said the crash occurred as Kathleen A. Kunkel, 74, of Tamaqua, was driving a 2023 Subaru Outback southbound when it sideswiped the front of a 2019 Ford F-450 operated by Michael Collado, 42, of Tresckow.

Collado’s flatbed tow truck was stopped in the northbound lanes while he was unloading a vehicle at the time of the crash, according to police.

They said the Outback was towed from the scene.
