The Pleasant Valley School Board approved a $700,000 payment for electrical work during its meeting Thursday night, as well as approved contracts for spring athletic supplies and equipment for the 2025-26 school year and other contracts.

The electrical work is in regard to work being done on the high school for the renovation project. Wind Gap Electric will receive $713,700.

Regarding the spring athletic equipment and supplies, the contracts are as follows:

• BSN Sports $521.98.

• Pyramid $2,616.63.

• Scholastic Sport $502.80.

• Sportsman’s $3,768.52.

• Triple Crown Sports $1,051.

The total for the spring 2025-26 athletic equipment and supplies is $8,460.93. Of that total, baseball costs are $3,143.72; boys lacrosse is $1,311.71; boys tennis, $654.08; girls lacrosse, $731.48; softball, $1,450.48; and track and field, $1,169.46.

Other contracts approved by the school board include:

• SNEN — For replacement and installation of evaporator coil for the walk-in cooler at PVMS, $11,500.

• BerkOne — Act 80 2026 Comparison Service, $775.

• Wilmington Trust — Fee collection for the 2023 bond insurance, $780.
