Capitalizing at $20,000, the firm had been incorporated by Robert L. Kazorchick, 539 Center St., Nesquehoning; William Z. Scott, 51 Coal St., Lansford; and Virginia H. Brand, 117 E. Hazard St., Summit Hill.

The company has been authorized to “purchase, take, receive, lease, or otherwise acquire, own, develop, hold, use, improve and otherwise deal in and with and sell, convey, mortgage, pledge, lease, exchange, transfer and otherwise dispose of land, real estate, real property, chattels real and estates, interests, rights and equities therein and remove materials of all kinds from the land.”
