The following business items and contracts were approved by the Pleasant Valley School Board during its meeting last week:

• Advertise for sealed bid for seventh- and eighth-grade spring athletic uniforms.

• Rescind the approval of an agenda item — Agenda Item dated Oct. 23, BrainPOP Jr., PVES and schoolwide subscription, term from Jan. 9. 2026 to Jan. 8, 2027, cost of $2,737.48 to be paid from Title I funds.

• BrainPOP — BrainPOP Multi-Site K-8 subscription, from Jan. 9, 2026 to Jan. 22, 2027, $5,799.48 to be paid from Title I funds.

• IntegraOne — San server upgrade plus Hyper V cluster and configuration, $241,804.27.

• IntegraOne — Data Center move, $13,911.75.

• Donation of vehicles to MCTI Automotive program — 2008 F350 with lift gate, utility bed and plow. 2007 GMC Savannah van. 2006 E350 van. and 2001 Sterling box truck.

• Purchase of new maintenance vehicles — Koch 33 Ford, Co-Stars contract, not to exceed $63,130, new 2026 Ford F350 four-wheel drive regular cab with snowplow and lift gate from West End Equipment. and Koch 33 Ford, Co-Stars contract, not to exceed $48,544, new 2026 Ford Transit 250 cargo medium.

• Purchase of PVMS Library furniture — Purchase 16 chair/stools for the middle school library from Premier Environments, $2,235.60, to be paid from Ready to Learn grant.

• Donation to America250 — $1,000 for a Pennsylvania High School History Essay contest in honor of America250 Celebration. Each high school grade winner will receive $125 and $500 will go to the High School History Department.

• Establishment of a Scholarship Fund — Scholarship agreement between PVSD and James R. Konrad, Ed.D. and the accompanying bank account.

• HMH Education Co. — Know It, Show It Grade 3-5 reading materials, three school years term, $51,377.66 to be paid from Ready to Learn grant.

• Berkshire System Group Inc. — Fire system, kitchen hood and fire extinguishers inspection and testing at PVHS, Jan. 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2026, $11,725.

• Meier Supply Co. — Split System and Air Handler for PVHS, $7,385.33.

• Colonial Intermediate Unit #20 — small group job coaching services for a student, $42.29 per hour for 67.5 hours, not to exceed $2,854.58, from Nov. 3 to May 22, 2026.

• CIU20 — Behavioral technician services, $45.08 per hour for 200 hours, not to exceed $9,016, from Oct. 22 to Dec. 31.

• CIU20 — Facilitate master’s level applied behavior analytic services, $72.92 per hour for 100 hours, not to exceed $7,292, from Oct. 22 to Dec. 31.

• MTI production contract for PVHS Musical “Into the Woods,” $740.

• Pitney Bowes — five-year lease agreement for postage meter for PVMS to be billed quarterly at $204.99 starting Feb. 28, 2026.

• CDW-G — Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise licensing, one year renewal, $2,761.

• Software4School, student voting software, from July 1 to June 30, 2026, $570.
