State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:
• A 13-year-old boy from Slatington who is a client at Kids Peace, North Whitehall Township, was cited for harassment by physical contact after police were called there at 2:03 p.m. Nov. 10.
Police said the boy struck a 33-year-old man from Alburtis, who is a staff member at the facility, on the left cheek with a closed fist.
• A 20-year-old Slatington man was charged with simple assault after police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress at 8:02 p.m. Nov. 3 on West Grant Street in Washington Township.
Police said a 27-year-old Weissport man was involved in the physical confrontation with the Slatington man. They said the 27-year-old had an open wound near his mouth and bruising on his face.
Police said the 20-year-old was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center for processing.
• John Gallagher, 53, and Rose Gallagher, 27, both of Slatington, are facing terroristic threats, simple assault and reckless endangerment charges after police were called to Seanor Court, Washington Township, at 11:19 p.m. Oct. 3.
Police said the victim is a man from Paupack who was engaged in an altercation with his girlfriend and his girlfriend’s father (the Gallaghers), during which the father assaulted the man and threatened to kill him.
The girlfriend caused about $1,000 worth of damage to the man’s motorcycle, police said.
