State police at the Frackville barracks reported Wilfre Ramirez-Mercedes, 33, of Reading, was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 1:46 p.m. Nov. 15 on the Clamtown Road in East Brunswick Township.

Police said he was transported by the New Ringgold Ambulance to the Geisinger-St. Luke’s Hospital, Orwigsburg.

They said the crash occurred when his vehicle was involved in a crash with a vehicle driven by Edward E. Kubert, 52, of Tamaqua. He and a passenger, Heidi L. Kubert, 49, were uninjured.

Police did not provide the details of the incident.
