Tamaqua Odd Fellows install officers

Scott Encampment 132, Odd Fellows, of Tamaqua, recently installed its officers for their current term from October 2025 to September 2026.

Scott Encampment, named after Tamaqua’s famed Scott Rifles, was instituted in 1862, and has been meeting ever since.

District Deputy Grand Patriarch James W. Sellers, of Mohrsville, was the installing officer. The outgoing Chief Patriarch was Paul E. Lautenschlager of Honesdale; incoming Chief Patriarch was Andrew L. Kilmer, of Sterling.

The Encampment branch is a higher branch of Odd Fellowship, of which one must be a third degree member.

Many of the Patriarchs of Scott Encampment come from Harmony Lodge 86 of Tamaqua, Shenandoah Lodge 591 and Freedom Lodge 88 of Honesdale.
