State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• An 18-year-old woman from Warminster was cited for harassment by communications after police responded to an incident at 1:43 p.m. Oct. 23 on Meixsell Valley Road, Ross Township.

Police said the victim is a 21-year-old woman from Saylorsburg.

• A 59-year-old man from Saint Louis, Missouri, was charged with simple harassment after police responded to an incident at 8:19 p.m. Nov. 1 on the Maury Road, Franklin Township.

Police said he assaulted a 63-year-old Stroudsburg man at a concert, resulting in the man sustaining an injury to his left hand.

The Missouri man was taken into custody, charged and committed to the Carbon County Correctional Facility, Nesquehoning, police said.
