                The Monroe County commissioners approved the following Children and Youth Services contracts recently:
                • Service agreements from July 1 to June 30, 2026: Bair Foundation, $17,000; Children’s Choice Inc., $200,000; and CHOR Youth and Family, $315,000, all for foster care; Pentz Run Youth Services Inc., $145,000, emergency shelter; Person Directed Supports Inc., $625,000, community home; Harmony Heights Housing LLC, $450,000, residential home; and City Mission-Living Stones Inc., $240,000 limit, independent living.
                • Service agreements from July 1, 2024, to June 30: People R Us Community Residential Services Inc., $900,000, community residential treatment.
                • Service agreements from July 1 to June 30, 2026: Family Care for Children and Youth Inc., $85,000, specialized foster care; Phoenix House, $335,000, residential group home; Concern, $200,000 and Dikon Child, Family and Community Services, $75,000, both foster care; Clear Vision Residential Treatment Services Inc., $125,000, residential program; Pathway to Everyday Life Human Services Inc., $475,000, residential group home; Cater 2 You Youth Haven, $250,000, and Safe Steps Children’s Home, $600,000, both for group homes.
                • Service agreements from July 1 to June 30, 2027: Northern Tier Research, $130,000, regular urine drug analysis; from July 1 to June 30, 2028, with attorney Janet Catina, legal services, $24,000; reappoint JoAnn Baratta to the Children and Youth Advisory Board, new term to expire June 6, 2028, and Craig Johnson, new term to expire Oct. 31, 2028.
