The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau announced a new collaborative attraction. Stories of Lansford: A History Trolley Tour has been developed in partnership with the Lansford Historical Society,

With support from the No. 9 Coal Mine and Museum, Lansford Alive, the 80’s Bar, the borough of Lansford and the Jim Thorpe Trolley Co., this narrated four-hour journey invites guests to step back in time and explore the remarkable stories that shaped Lansford and the Panther Valley.

The tour features two extended museum stops, several historic points of interest, a catered lunch and live entertainment aboard a vintage-inspired trolley.

Tour dates include Dec. 6, 13 and 20. Each tour runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting and ending at the No. 9 Coal Mine and Museum in Lansford.
