State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police are investigating a theft that was reported at 10:19 a.m. Sept. 29 at Apache Drive, Chestnuthill Township.

The victim is Sierra View Association, Blakeslee.

• A 15-year-old boy from Effort was cited following an incident at 1:12 p.m. Oct. 10 at the intersection of Route 115 and Jenna Drive, Chestnuthill Township.

Police said they attempted to stop him on a dirt bike for Motor Vehicle Code violations on Route 115, after which the boy failed to stop. He was identified and cited.

• Jamaal Williams, 39, of Delray Beach, Florida, was charged with theft after an incident on Route 534 in East Side Borough.

Police said the victim is Onvo Travel Plaza, White Haven. Involved in the incident was a 2018 Freightliner.
