Kidder Township supervisors conducted the following business:

• Lake Harmony’s Fire Company request for funds to purchase turnout gear, personal protective equipment, was approved. The funds will be in the amount of $27,010.

• The Lake Harmony Watershed Preservation’s request for funds for annual leave collection was approved for up to $4,000 to clean up North Lake Drive.

• Mora Solar was given a land development plan extension until Feb. 27, 2026.

•There were 243 police calls for the month of September. Lake Harmony Fire Company reported 40 calls for the month, and Albrightsville Fire Company reported 14 calls. Thirty-five calls were reported for the Lake Harmony Rescue Squad, with 369 year-to-date, an increase of 56 calls from 2024.

• During public comment, Beth Hurley from Love Kidder Township asked about an update for the stormwater maintenance ordinance and data center ordinance. Both of those are being worked on.

• The next board of supervisors meeting will be held on Nov. 20 at 6:30 p.m.
