A Monroe County man is being charged by Tamaqua police with trespassing and harassment.

According to police, Robert Rimby Jr., 70, Blakeslee, was cited when he was at a home on the unit block of Hunter Street at 9 a.m. Sept. 26.

Police said Rimby Jr. was told in August that he was not welcome at the property and was advised to stay away or he’d face charges.

Despite the warnings, the resident of the home said he had been back at least five times and harassed her and a resident of an upstairs apartment.
