State police at the Hazleton barracks reported the following crashes:

• Salvatore J. Azzaro, 31, of Weatherly, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 7:36 p.m. on Oct. 10 on Plane Street in Banks Township.

Police said he was driving a 2003 Jeep Liberty west when a deer entered the path of the vehicle. It struck the deer, continued off the roadway, struck a utility pole and continued straight, striking a tree.

The vehicle was towed from the scene, police said.

• Jonathan Quintana, 35, of McAdoo, was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic following a one-vehicle crash at 7:58 p.m. Oct. 11 on North Kennedy Drive, Banks Township. He was uninjured.

Police said he was driving a 2009 Audi northbound when it failed to negotiate a left curve and struck a guide rail on the east side of the road.

The car had disabling damages and had to be towed.
