State police at the Hazleton barracks reported that two 34-year-old men have been cited for trespassing.

The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 2.

The men, one from Weatherly and the other from Hazleton, were cited for simple trespass after police were called to a report of suspicious people on the property of Pagnotti Enterprises, Route 940 and LaFrance Court, Hazle Township.

Police said a 2004 Hyundai Elantra was involved in the incident.
