The Carbon County Friends of Animals will hold a Bingo and Basket Auction fundraiser on Sunday at the Orioles Community Center, 475 Orioles Drive, Lehighton. Doors open at 10 a.m.; bingo begins at noon.

The bingo will be to win cash, gift cards, lottery tickets and designer purses. There also will be a basket auction.

“We have nearly 90 gift baskets and gift cards,” Pam Poeldnurk from CCFOA said. “We also have a special raffle for an Acadia Trail XX Large Dog Bed and other items.”

Gift baskets include items such as Halloween and Christmas decorations, snack baskets, pet baskets, home decor, and much more.

People who bring an item from the CCFOA’s wish list — located on its website — will be entered in a special drawing.

Bingo package tickets will be available at the door. Each game pack includes 20 regular bingo cards, five special bingo cards, and one door prize ticket.
