No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 4:28 p.m. Oct. 1 at the intersection of Pottsville and Park streets in Mechanicsville, state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said.

The crash occurred, police said, as a 17-year-old girl from Saint Clair was driving a 2013 Toyota Corolla on Park Street when she made a left turn onto Pottsville Street without proper clearance.

Her car hit a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander driven by Krystal M. Evans, 39, of Coaldale, police said.

Both drivers, two passengers in the Corolla and a 5-year-old girl from Coaldale who was in the Outlander all escaped injuries.

A local towing service assisted police at the scene.

The 17-year-old was cited after the crash, police said.
