State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following crashes that occurred on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:

• Marius C. Ciuta, 41, of Drums, was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed after a two-vehicle crash at 1:48 p.m. Sept. 11 at mile marker 66 in Washington Township, police said. No one was injured in the incident.

Police said he was driving a 2016 Volvo that struck the rear of a 2002 Freightliner driven by Caio R. Cruz, 48, of Springfield, New Jersey.

• Charles E. Klink, 69, of Boyertown, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 11:15 a.m. Sept. 12. He was uninjured in the incident.

The crash occurred at mile marker 70.6 in Washington Township.

Police said he was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt that went off the road and struck a sign board.
