State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:
• Two drivers are facing charges of driving under the influence of controlled substances after police made traffic stops of their vehicles at 5:47 p.m. Sept. 21 at the intersection of Drive and Dotters Corner Road in Polk Township.
The vehicles were stopped for Motor Vehicle Code violations, police said. Neither the drivers nor their residences were disclosed by police.
Stopped were a 2004 Ford Expedition and a 1989 Chevrolet.
• Two Saylorsburg residents, a 36-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic disturbance at 11:20 p.m. Sept. 19.
It occurred on Mountain Road, Ross Township. Police said the woman reported the incident in which both she and the man are both listed as suspects and victims.
• Police are investigating a theft incident that was reported to them at 8 a.m. April 1.
The victim is a 55-year-old Slatedale woman.
She told police an unknown actor went onto her property on Friendship Road, East Penn Township, and stole a 1996 Yamaha motorcycle, a generator and an air compressor before fleeing.
