For the third year in a row, St. Luke’s University Health Network has been recognized as the No. 1 health care employer in Pennsylvania by Forbes Magazine.

The health network is also a Top 10 employer statewide.

With more than 23,000 team members, St. Luke’s is the largest employer in the Lehigh Valley, and is ranked #4 overall in Pennsylvania.

The rankings were based on a widespread survey of 160,000 employees across the U.S., conducted by Forbes and Statista. Participants rated their employers on everything from satisfaction to reputation.

Earlier this year, St. Luke’s was also named one of Forbes’ Best Large Employers nationwide, recognized as one of America’s Dream Employers and Best Employers for New Grads. Plus, in a separate survey with USA Today, The Morning Call and others, the network was honored among the Top Workplaces — not just in Pennsylvania, but also in New Jersey — for the third year running.
