The ESports program is underway at Carbon Career and Technical Institute, according to ESports adviser Nate Rinda.

Matches are every Monday at 3:30 p.m. The season goes from Sept. 22 to Oct. 10. Playoffs will be from Oct. 17 to Dec. 5.

“Finals will be face to face at Harrisburg University on Dec. 10 and 11,” Rinda added.

CCTI’s team plays in the Pennsylvania Scholastic Esports League, which consists of teams round the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in different regions. There are currently 22 students in the Esports program.
