Fire companies from Nesquehoning and Jim Thorpe were dispatched to a crash Thursday afternoon along Route 93 in Nesquehoning. The crash occurred around 12:30 p.m. involving a Jeep that apparently spun out on the wet roadway. The Jeep struck a set of guide rails, causing considerable damage. Nesquehoning fire police maintained traffic control at the scene, reducing the three lanes to one alternating lane. Nesquehoning police are investigating the incident.
