State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following crashes:

• Michael L. Kott, 68, of McAdoo, was cited after a two-vehicle crash at 4:27 p.m. Sept. 10 at the intersection of Claremont Avenue (Route 309) and Grove Street in Hometown, Rush Township. No one was injured in the incident.

Police said the crash occurred when Kott was driving a 2018 Honda and was stopped on Grove Street when he then proceeded into the intersection without clearance, resulting in the Honda being hit by a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Merissa L. Smith, 24, of Coaldale, who was southbound on Route 309 at the time.

Police said both vehicles had disabling damage and were towed from the scene.

• Justin M. Mirabal, 31, of Tamaqua, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 5:04 a.m. Sept. 7 on an Interstate 81 off-ramp in Kline Township. He was uninjured in the incident.

Police said he was driving a 2019 Honda Accord northbound and was negotiating a right-hand curve when the car exited the travel lane and hit a concrete wall in the median.

The car had disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
