The Panther Valley Golden Agers met on Sept. 8 with 11 members present.

President Diane Gould opened the meeting with the Lord’s Prayer, Pledge of Allegiance and singing of “God Bless America.”

A member read the invocation, “Get Up and Get Out.” A moment of silence was held by one member.

The secretary and treasurer’s reports were read and accepted.

Three members are celebrating birthdays in September. A basket raffle will be held on Oct. 13.

The meeting closed, bingo was played and refreshments were served.

The next meeting will be held Sept. 22 at the St. Ann’s Apartments in Lansford.
