Christ UCC of 309 Main St., Walnutport, will host Queen V Wraps food truck from 3-7 p.m. on Wednesday.

Car cruise

Slatedale Fire Department, 3922 Main St., Slatedale, will host its monthly car cruise on Friday from 5:30-10:30 p.m. There is no entry fee; however, donations are appreciated.

Rock the Park

Caring DAM Hearts will host the third annual Rock the Park and Food Truck Festival at Victory Park, Grove and Second street, Slatington, on Saturday from noon-9:30 p.m. Rain date is Sunday. The event is free.

There will be live entertainment, family and pet friendly activities, 50/50 and gift card raffles, Boscov’s Discount Passes, children’s craft stations, crafters and vendors and more. Christina’s Free Reptile Petting Zoo will be there from 1-6 p.m.

Confirmed food trucks include SMP, A Taste of Kingston, Yes Ice Cream Truck, Burger Shack Food Truck, Caribbean Island Noodles, Slatedale Fire Company, Kravkerjax Country Store, Philly Funnel Cake, Sweet Scoops Mon and Mel Ice Cream Truck, Girl Scout 733 Fresh Popcorn & Snowcones, Illumination/Funk Brewing, Doan Distillery and B&G Winery.

New for 2025 is free golf cart rides up and down “The Hill” for handicap/seniors/veterans/military.

Bingo

This Sunday at 1 p.m., Heidelberg Union Church, 5187 Irvin Road, Slatington, will host a gift card bingo. Doors open at noon.
