Palmerton’s Jared Grammes tied for fourth place at the annual Colonial League golf championships on Monday.
The Blue Bombers also received a sixth place from Joey Solt.
Northwestern’s Avri Chandler and Gracie Scheffler took fifth and sixth, respectively, in the girls competition.

Colonial League Tourney
Southern Lehigh recorded a team total of 395 to capture the Colonial League championship at Bethlehem Municipal Golf Course.
Moravian Academy was second, followed by Palmerton and Notre Dame of Green Pond.
Saucon Valley’s Anthony Albano fired a four-over 75 to win the boys’ individual title, and Southern Lehigh’s Lexi Miller finished with a seven-over 78 to take top honors in the girls field.
Palmerton’s Jared Grammes fired a 77 to tie for fourth place. Blue Bomber teammate Joey Solt tied for sixth with a 78.
Mikey D’Amico of Lehighton fired an 81 to finish tied for 11th, and Jason Carrelli of Palmerton also placed in the top-20 as his 85 was good enough for 20th.
In the girls competition, Northwestern’s Avri Chandler placed fifth with a 94 while the Tigers’ Gracie Scheffler ended sixth with a 98.

Northwestern made it eight straight wins since its opening-day loss, as the Tigers knocked off Palisades for an 8-2 Colonial League victory.
Caelan Stangil registered a hat trick for the winners, while Logan Mesics added two goals and three assists.
Northwestern also received a pair of goals and two helpers from Cole Mertz.

Enzo Reis sparked the offensive attack for Moravian with a hat trick, while Colin Warren had two assists.
The Olympians, who play Northern Lehigh on Wednesday, received goals from both Matteo Cacco and Hayden Meckes.
