Mahoning Valley Volunteer Fire Co. No. 1 is hosting its annual Celebration of Community from 9 a.m. to dusk on Saturday at the company grounds, 2358 Mahoning Drive West, Lehighton.

The day will begin with a 5K race and 1-mile fun walk. There will be an old-fashioned carnival, basket raffle, cornhole tournament, and vendor and craft fair.

The day will also include food, games, prizes, bounce houses, kids firefighter challenge and more.

Parryville Fire Company will have its funnel cake stand and Rita’s will be on hand.
