A fast moving fire Wednesday morning destroyed the cab portion of a Walmart tractor trailer in West Brunswick Township. The fire was reported around 11:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Route 61 just north of the intersection with Municipal Road. When firefighters from several communities arrived on scene they found heavy flames pouring from the rig. The driver of the rig escaped the flames without injury. State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the incident.
