State police at the Hazleton barracks reported the following crashes:
• JoAnn Paslawsky, 73, of Tamaqua, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 11:25 a.m. Aug. 13 on South Church Street in Hazle Township.
Police said she was driving a 2008 Buick Lucerne northbound when it struck debris that was in the roadway. The vehicle came to rest on the shoulder of the road facing north. It was towed from the scene.
• Police said a 2016 Chevrolet Trax struck a deer on Brenkman Drive, Packer Township, at 12:04 a.m. Aug. 15.
They did not identify the driver, or the driver’s residence, but said the driver was uninjured and the vehicle was westbound when the crash occurred. The vehicle had minor damage and was able to be driven from the scene.
• No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 10:41 p.m. Aug. 13 on Quakake Road in Packer Township.
Police said the crash occurred when a Ford F-150 pickup struck the rear of a 2011 Subaru Outback driven by Mason T. Gonzalez, 18, of White Haven, after the latter had stopped at the intersection of Hudson Drive. Police said the driver of the F-150 fled the scene.
The Subaru had minor damage, police said.
