A 90-year-old Rush Township man died following a Tuesday afternoon crash on Route 54 in Barnesville, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio.

Raymond Dawson was involved in the crash just after 1 p.m. in the 500 block of Barnesville Drive in Ryan Township. His vehicle collided with a passenger van.

Dawson died of his injuries at 4:44 p.m. at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, according to the coroner.

In addition to the coroner’s office, Ryan Township Police are investigating the accident.
