Palmerton will host a special benefit soccer game against Catasauqua on Wednesday, Sept. 4, at 6:45 p.m. in support of 2024 Palmerton High School graduate Ty Sander, who was recently diagnosed with leukemia.

The Palmerton Parents Soccer Club will collect donations at the gate, with raffles also available as fans enter the stadium. All proceeds will go directly to Sander and his family.

Organizers are encouraging the community to come together to show support for Sander and his fight.
