The Hofford Mill, in partnership with Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, will host Trail of Flavor, a fundraising event featuring Southern-inspired cuisine and drinks from The Gorge Eatery.

The event will take place Thursday, Sept. 18, at The Hofford Mill, 500 Bridge St., Weissport. Tickets are $50 and include food and beverages.

Guests can look forward to a flavorful evening featuring Southern-inspired dishes like gumbo and po’boys, paired with classic refreshments such as sweet tea and lemonade. The event will also showcase a variety of local vendors, highlighting the region’s rich offerings — from outdoor adventures to handcrafted goods and artisan products. Proceeds from the evening will support the D&L Trail and the broader mission of the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, helping to preserve and enhance this treasured community resource.
