Northeast Pennsylvania Settlement LLC celebrated its 20th anniversary on Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting in downtown Tamaqua, joined by the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce, Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce, community leaders and elected officials.
Founded in 2005 as Northeast Pennsylvania Abstract, the business has flourished under the leadership of President Linda Yeich, becoming a trusted resource for residential and commercial real estate settlements, vacant land acquisitions and refinance transactions.
Known for combining cutting-edge technology with exceptional customer service, the team ensures a smooth and efficient settlement process for clients across the region.
From its flagship office in Tamaqua, Northeast Pennsylvania Settlement has expanded into Pottsville and Frackville, now employing five full-time and two part-time team members who share Yeich’s dedication to excellence and professionalism.
During the ceremony, Robert S. Carl Jr., president and CEO of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce, commended Yeich and her team for their two decades of service and impact. The event also included congratulatory remarks from state and county officials and representatives from the Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce.
Following the ribbon-cutting, guests enjoyed a Business After 5 O’Clock Mixer sponsored by Northeast Pennsylvania Settlement, featuring food from Carmelo’s Roman Delight, wine from Jersey Acres Farm/Stone Mountain Wine Cellar and beer from Yuengling.
