Business speed dating to bring professionals together

Chestnuthill Business and Civic Association will host a unique networking event on Sept. 4 at the Signature Event Center in Brodheadsville.

The event, titled “Business Speed Dating,” is a fast-paced evening where attendees can engage in a series of one-on-one conversations, helping them make quick and meaningful business connections.

Designed to break down barriers and spark authentic dialogue, Business Speed Dating offers a structured yet energetic format in which participants rotate through a series of short, timed conversations. Each timed round provides the opportunity to exchange information, ideas and business cards in a casual and pressure-free setting.

The event is free and open to all local professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs who are eager to grow their network and connect with other motivated individuals.

Participants are encouraged to bring plenty of business cards and come prepared with a short introduction about themselves and their business or services.

“This format encourages real interaction and helps eliminate the awkwardness of traditional mixers,” said Joseph Hanyon, president of CBASS. “It’s perfect for anyone looking to expand their professional network in a more engaging way. Whether you’re a seasoned business owner or just getting started, you’ll leave with new contacts and fresh ideas.”

Attendees will also enjoy open networking time before and after the speed rounds, allowing for deeper follow-up conversations and broader engagement within the local business community.

Space is limited and RSVP is required. More information and registration can be found at www.cbassorg.com/business-speed-dating.
