The Pleasant Valley School Board approved the following contracts:

• Change orders for renovation project — KCBA Architects, CHA Consulting and Lobar Inc., fire wall repairs, $142,928.03.

• AEDserviceAmerica.com — Annual AED maintenance and service from June 1 to May 31, 2027, $16,313 per year.

• Lexicon Timing — Cross Country timing service for meet on Sept. 9, $3,500.

• IntegraOne — Purchase of 350 Cisco Duo tokens for multifactor authorization, $8,695.

• Multistate Information Sharing and Analysis Center — Cyber security membership agreement, Sept. 1 to Feb. 28, 2027, $4,995.

• SpyGlass — IT auditing service with cost based on reduction analysis.

• IntegraOne — Professional services health check review of system center configuration manager, not to exceed $1,620.

• Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 — Multiple associate teachers for direct, one-on-one services in various locations for the 2025-26 school year, not to exceed $302,862.

• Specialized Education of Pennsylvania Inc. for Graham Academy — Classroom instruction and additional services if needed for the 2025-26 school year.

• Legends of Learning — Learning Universe for intermediate school, Nov. 1 to Nov. 30, 2026, $3,411 to be paid from Title I funds.

• BrightStar Care — Medical staffing agreement as needed from Aug. 12 to Aug. 11, 2026, cost for registered nurse or licensed practical nurse is $95 per hour.

• GALE in Context — High school library software renewal from Sept. 1 to Aug. 31, 2026, $17,935.72 to be paid from Ready to Learn — Library Services fund.

• Bayada — Registered nurse or licensed practical nurse on a substitute basis, $55 per hour, from Aug. 12 to June 30, 2026.

• CM Regent — Life insurance at 61 cents per employee, and long term disability insurance at 30 cents per employee, both from July 1 to June 30, 2028.
