State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following accidents:
• Andrew Heist, 40, of Northampton, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after a three-vehicle crash at 7:53 a.m. on June 26 at the intersection of the Nor-Bath Boulevard and Howertown Road in Allen Township.
Police did not provide details of the crash, but said the victims are a 20-year-old man from Whitehall and a 22-year-old man from Palmerton.
The vehicles involved in the incident included a 2017 Subaru Outback, a 2008 Chevrolet and a 2004 Belmont Trailer.
• Hannah R. Lynn, 26, of Slatington, had minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash at 5:35 p.m. on Aug. 6 on Route 22 in Hanover Township.
Police said she did not require emergency medical services transport from the scene.
The crash occurred when she was driving a 2006 Toyota Scion that entered Route 22 from Airport Road South and merged without having proper clearance. Police said the Scion was struck by a 2008 Freightliner driven by Nicholas J. Stewart, 29, of Allentown. He was uninjured.
Police said Lynn was cited for the crash.
• Police said a two-vehicle crash occurred when a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe entered the intersection of Route 873 and Neffs Laurys Road without proper clearance at 11:45 a.m. on Aug. 1 and struck a 2019 Jeep Cherokee.
The identities of the drivers were not provided. The driver of the Tahoe was cited for a stop sign violation.
Police said the Tahoe had front-end damages, while the Cherokee had damages to its passenger’s side.
