State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported a 25-year-old Hellertown man was charged with propulsion of missiles following a road rage incident at 12:23 p.m. Aug. 3 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.

Police said it was determined he threw a full can of carbonated water from his vehicle, striking a 2019 Dodge Durango while it was in motion.

They said victims of the incident are a 35-year-old man, 30-year-old woman, and two boys, ages 7 and 5, all from Leesport.

Police no one was injured and no damages were observed to the victim’s vehicle.
