The Colts topped Weatherly, while the Blue Raiders downed Panther Valley.

Marian opened its season in impressive fashion as the Colts registered a 316-364 Schuylkill League victory over Weatherly.

Carter Grant fired a 73 to earn medalist honors for the winners, while Brayden Grant also broke 80 by finishing with a 78.

Sam Farrone chipped in with an 81.

For the Wreckers, Eli Brown carded a team-low 90.

The Blue Raiders also received a 93 from Jacob Fritzinger in gaining a win in their season opener.
