Criminal charges against a Summit Hill man accused in a domestic dispute in April were withdrawn on Wednesday.

Eric Trevorah, 38, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment for allegedly threatening to shoot his girlfriend during an April 27 incident.

Trevorah, who had been free on $25,000 bail, appeared before District Judge Beth Dodson for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, and all of the charges were withdrawn.
