July 12, 2002 — Aaron Mantz pitches a five-inning no-hitter to lead Lansford to a 10-0 Panther Valley Little League tournament victory over Weatherly. Mantz, who walks three and strikes out 10 during his gem, receives plenty of support as his team scores two runs in the first inning and adds five in the second. Shawn Blasko accounts for four of the five runs in the second when he blasts a grand slam. Blasko also adds a single during the win, while other Lansford players with hits include Ryan Blasko, Jared Reitz, Aaron Tucker, Gary Wagner and Nathan Krajcirik.
