July 7

• Middlecreek Christian Church Vacation Bible School will present “Live it Out: Learn to Love Like Jesus!” from July 7 through July 11 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Included will be Bible lessons, snacks, games, crafts and a family night on July 11. For registration, call the church office at 570-629-4066.

July 13

• Cornerstone Community Church, 388 Polk Township Road, Kunkletown, Wonder Junction VBS for children age 4 to beginning grade 6 in the fall, July 13 through July 18, 5:30-8:30 p.m., skit, lesson, crafts, games and snacks. Sign up at https://www.myvbs.org/cornerstonecommunitychurch

• Get ready for a fun and thrilling Road Trip Vacation Bible School at St. Matthew’s ECC, 102 Church Road, Kunkletown. Our journey will be held inside the church Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 18 from 9 a.m. to noon each day. There will be Bible storytelling, crafts, games, snacks, music, science experiments, a Thursday afternoon field trip to Bear Rock Junction, and Friday afternoon lunch celebration. This is for participants ages 3-11 and youth helpers ages 12-17. A parent or guardian may stay with kids who are 3 or 4. • St. Matthew Lutheran Church — North Weissport, 222 Church St., Lehighton, will be hosting Vacation Bible School, Monday, July 14 through Thursday, July 17, 6 to 8 p.m. Join us as we “Blast Off for Jesus.” VBS is open to kids age 3 through age 12 and they will enjoy stories, games, snacks and activities. July 20-25

• Overcomers Holiness Church, 349 Lizard Creek Road, Andreas, will host: Are you a bucket filler? Vacation Bible School July 21-25, 2025, from 6:30-8 p.m. each evening. Parents are welcome to attend as well. For more information contact: 272-900-4517.

• Slatington Baptist Church: Parents, here is a great opportunity for you and your kids to have 10 hours of free summer fun. ”Road Trip” will be held from 6-8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, July 20-24. Each night begins with a free meal. From 6:30-7:45 will be singing, learning a Bible lesson, making crafts and playing games. Dessert at 7:45 p.m.

There are classes for all ages, nursery through adults. All food is free, and there will be a free will offering that will go to the NL Food Bank. The Slatington Baptist Church is located at 509 Main St. in Slatington. If you have any questions or need more information call Sarah at 610-216-7844 or the church at 610-767-9775.

• Effort UMC is holding its Vacation Bible School the week of July 21 through July 25. The theme is: “Egypt — Joseph’s Journey from Prison to Palace.” For more details, call the church at 570-629-1890.

July 28

• Living Hope Lighthouse will have Vacation Bible School from 6-8 p.m. Monday, July 28 through Aug. 1.

Theme is “The Armor of God,” hosted by C.E.F. of Carbon County, at the church, 705 Third St., Palmerton.

• Our Lady Queen of Peace, Route 209 and Weir Lake Road, Gilbert, July 28 to Aug. 1. Theme is True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World. Registration is open now.

Aug. 11-13

• Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., Lehighton, Community Vacation Bible School, Aug. 11-13, 5:30-7:30 p.m. “Exploring God’s World” theme is presented through air, water and earth elements with activities and Bible lessons for children ages 3 through grade 6. Please preregister your child by contacting the church office (610-377-4303) by Aug. 3.
