A 2018 Honda Civic was clocked traveling 110 mph in a 70 mph zone on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, state police at the Pocono barracks said.

The incident in Washington Township occurred at 8:46 a.m. June 8 at mile marker 68.7.

Police said the car displayed fictitious annual and emission inspection stickers.

Victims of the incident are Moyer Nissan of Lebanon and Kreiser’s Garage, Manheim, police said.

The driver of the car was not identified by police, who said it was determined that the fraudulent inspection stickers were displayed on the front windshield before the current owner bought the car.
