A tractor trailer lost control on Route 93 in Nesquehoning early Saturday morning and plowed into a yard at the bottom of the hill.
The incident happened at 1:30 a.m. and homeowner Daniel Tristan reported the vibration nearly shook him out of bed.
He said he ran out and stopped the driver as he was backing out of his driveway on East Catawissa Street.
Tristani called the police and talked to the driver of the rig owned by a Tennessee company.
The driver didn’t see the signs prohibiting trucks and said his GPS took him this way.
No one was injured but there was a lot of damage to Tristani’s property.
