With the upcoming Pocono Race this weekend, the Pennsylvania State Police, Troop N, announced traffic patterns involving construction projects for people traveling in the area:

• Flaggers will be at the Route 115 project in Effort to allow southbound traffic from the race to continue through the project on Sunday from 4-10 p.m.

For the overnight hours and beyond noon Monday, Chestnuthill Township is allowing motorists to use White Church Road as an easier route to Route 715 south, thus avoiding the sharp turn at Sugar Hollow and Route 715. There will be signs for RV traffic to follow.

A message board will be posted on Route 115 near Sugar Hollow Road to say that Route 115 is open to traffic.

If the race would be delayed, these measures will be in place on Monday evening and Tuesday morning.
