Pennsylvania District 18 has announced dates for its upcoming Little League All-Star and tournament events.

The 9/10-Year-Old North Tournament will be held at Valley West beginning June 21, while the 9/10-Year-Old South Tournament will take place at Towamensing, also starting June 21. Both tournaments will feature five teams.

The 10/11-Year-Old Tournament begins June 18 with five teams, and the 11/12-Year-Old Tournament starts June 19 with 11 teams.

In softball, the 10-Year-Old Girls Tournament begins June 22, and the 12-Year-Old Girls Tournament begins June 21.

District 18 will also host two Sectional Tournaments — the 9/10-Year-Old Tournament at Hazleton and the 11/12-Year-Old Tournament at Tamaqua — both beginning July 12, with four teams each.

Two State Tournaments will also be held in the district:

• The 9/10-Year-Old Little League State Tournament at Valley East starts July 21, featuring eight teams from across Pennsylvania.

• The Senior League Girls Softball State Tournament at Towamensing begins July 12
