A driver and two passengers were transported from the scene of a one-vehicle crash at 11:12 a.m. May 16 on Route 309 in Lynn Township, state police at the Fogelsville barracks said.

Elizabeth M. Medina, 40, of Shamokin, the driver, and passengers Christian Medina, 35, also of Shamokin, and Christian Medina Jr., 21, of Coal Township, were transported to an area hospital by personnel from the Cetronia Ambulance Corps, police said.

The crash occurred when the 2003 Honda Element was southbound and the driver lost control of it on the wet road.

The vehicle traveled across the northbound lanes, exited the road and hit an embankment before traveling back onto the road and rolling over.

The vehicle had disabling damage.

Elizabeth Medina was cited after the crash, according to police.
