Lehighton Area High School held its annual Academic Award Program to honor the outstanding achievements of its scholarship recipients from the Class of 2025 on April 25.

Students selected for scholarships underwent a thorough application and interview process, evaluated by a team of faculty and community representatives using a holistic approach

Nearly $298,490.09 in scholarships were awarded.

The ceremony also highlighted Lehighton’s commitment to nurturing qualities such as resilience, collaboration and integrity — traits that build not only strong students, but engaged citizens.
