Good News Day Camps, sponsored by the Child Evangelism Fellowship of Schuylkill County, will be held this summer at five sites.

The camps run from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are open to any child who has completed kindergarten to those who are entering seventh grade. Upon completion of seventh grade, youths may qualify to serve as helpers.

The camps feature Bible lessons, crafts, recreation and surprises.

In the Tamaqua area, the camp will be held June 23 to 27 at the Lewistown Valley Tabernacle, Valley Road.

Additional camps will be held in Valley View, Pine Grove, Auburn and Ashland.

Campers should bring lunches and a Bible if they have one. They should also wear sneakers. There is a fee.
