PA Inclusive appoints regional supervisor
PA Inclusive announced it has appointed David Funk as the new senior regional program supervisor for Carbon, Schuylkill and Berks counties.
With more than 25 years of experience in managing programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and adolescents, Funk brings a wealth of leadership, operational, and programmatic expertise to the organization.
In his new role, Funk will oversee regional operations, support service expansion, ensure compliance with all local and state regulations, and guide strategic growth in the tri-county area.
His background includes opening and managing intensive residential treatment facilities, supervising teams of up to 100 employees, mentoring clinical staff, and effectively managing multimillion-dollar budgets. He is known for his ability to enhance program outcomes, develop staff, and create strong operational systems that prioritize person-centered care.
Before joining PA Inclusive, Funk held leadership roles at CARES, Resources for Human Development, and KidsPeace. He also has served as an adjunct professor at Central Penn College and Lehigh Carbon Community College, where he shared his knowledge in business and human resources.
Funk holds a bachelor’s degree in recreation/fitness management from Lock Haven University and a Master of Business Administration in human resource management from the University of Phoenix.
